Awwal application acts as a bridge between distributors and retailers to get connected and sell the products and services in an effective manner. The primary goal of this app is to track the real-time records of secondary, tertiary sales, and warranty management. The application records each movement of the product via numerous channels like manufacturer, warehouse, distributor, and retailer with the help of a QR code. Below are some of the features for specific departments:

- Battery List screen – This will display all brands of the batteries
- Access code – Here, the access code will be entered by distributers only once when the application gets the start for the first time. There is a specific local database assigned in which the access codes will be stored.
- We have created 2 options for the distributors where they have access to retailers and they can also perform direct sales. In the retailers’ category, the distributor will choose any one retailer from the list and will scan the QR code. After the distributor retrieves all the details from the QR code, the battery will be assigned to a retailer. And the second is for direct sales, the distributor can scan a QR code and retrieve all the information of the battery like serial number, part number, plant name, battery type, etc. The information of a specific customer will be added and later the battery will be provided to him or her.
- This app also has a feature where the distributor can manually add the details of the battery. Later, the battery will be assigned to the customer or retailer.

- The retailer can scan the QR code where the details of the battery like serial number, part number, plant name, the battery type will be displayed. The customer data will be recorded, as per the appropriate name and other information. And then, the battery will be sold to that specific customer.
- A Retailer can manually add the details of the battery. Later, the battery will be assigned to the customer.
The application also has an admin section that manages all the records, transactions, products, and services. In need, the admin can access all the data he requires whether it is the last five transactions, sales, or any other activities performed on the app.
