Much of the growth for the industry has been triggered by an increase in internet and smartphone penetration. As of September 2020, the number of internet connections in India significantly increased to 776.45 million, driven by the ‘Digital India’ programme. Out of the total internet connections, 61% of connections were in urban areas, of which 97% connections were wireless.


The growth of E-commerce jumps from one to another point with very large footsteps. In the starting era in 2010, it was around USD 572 billion that will increase to USD 3.46 trillion in 2019. In the world, every adult spends almost 5-6 hrs on their mobile in that they discover 50% of the time on social media, chatting & other time interacting with online selling sites. So, depending on all the information, we see the future of E-commerce as more bright and successful.
